The idea behind this blog was simply to boycott facebook because Zuckerberg is a fascist and I don’t want to be part of lining his pockets. Subsequently, with further encouragement from Catherine Price, Jaron Lanier and others I deleted my Twitter and Instagram accounts. If only I could do the same with WhatsApp, but too many key contacts remain beholden to it. Sad. At least now the notifications are switched off. Anyway, as I escape from the evils of social media, with this blog anyone interested can continue to enjoy my rants and ravings, as well as more calm observations.
